As per your mail, we understand that the issue with your phone having many issue after update of OTA update.We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will be glad to assist you regarding the same.
We request you to follow the below mentioned troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:
Please note that if you do this, all user data will be deleted, such as images, songs, videos, contacts, messages, downloaded applications.
Before you perform above steps we request you to take a backup of your phone data and perform the troubleshooting steps.
After that also not working open the dialler pad in the phone dial ####7777# this code is restore factory setting for the multiple issue, tap ok button phone automatically switch's off, after one minute you can switch on your phone.
After doing all troubleshooting in mobile getting same issue ,we requested you to revert us so we can assist you further

for those who have not updated the firmware, check now the system update option again, lenovo has taken back der update now, i mean lenovo deleted tat update for the ppl who not updated the firmware yet, may be dey will release new update soon and those who didnt update are the lucky ones and am the one among them hehehe

pk, 29 Feb 2016u mailed to Lenovo team the other day.. did u get any reply from them as when they will fix this? I also mailed lenovo india about the issue but didnt got any reply. Instead i got a message on fb from them saying that thanks for the message. Your concern has been forwarded to the tech team.

Please provide dual sim with micro sd card. The hybrid slot is very bad. I want to buy but because of hybrif sim tray I am changing my opinion.So please provide dual sim with micro sd card

Don't update, after update decresed battery backup, decresed volume, increased heating. Some brightness increased. No improvement.

Why is this phone always out of stock... The problem is this is only available on Amazon.in and not in stores... Any dates as to when it'll be available again???? Lenovo is not giving any updates...
