3rd class category smart phone....Amazon & Lenovo both are cheating to customers...Am writing this review after using more than 2 months.....find below for detail defect & issues list...
- Network not shown/After connecting to internet another sim network become zero/Over heating problem.
Amazon is not entertaining at all as per their return policy within 10 days need to return..but am facing huge issue after 2 months.they suggested to visit Lenovo service centre...I visited...situation is too worst...they have taken one full day to conclude that my phone motherboard is defective & need to change & it will take 10 days ....am waiting now for phone...after that also there is no assurance...I would suggest please don't buy any Lenovo phones on Amazon....they are cheating...

This is the worst phone i have ever used since my first smartphone to till date, within two months of purchase iam facing network issues for two times and submitted the phone for service center,who were suggesting for change in motherboard. this is completely cheating by lenovo.

i am using lenovo zuk z1 mobile past one month. while making call to others mobile rebooted automatically 2 times the same issue. any of you facing the issue while using the mobile. if, can instruct me to rectify the issue.

I hv been using it for over a month ...basically it lags on sm occasion ...try to use third party apps it works like a charm ...moreover use cam app footeg ...it gives best and maximum results as compare with stock cam result ...I love this mobile

I strongly suggest u do a Check up of your phone. Becuase I have been using the phone for over 2 months now and am not facing any such problem.

Anonymous, 27 Aug 2016How to add a new ringtone ??Create media folder as a parent folder and inside the media folder add a folder as ''Ringtones'' and just add your fav music into the Ringtones folder so that once you refresh the storage the added ringtones will be merged to ringtones.

I purchased this phone at Rs.21000/- In DARAZ online shoping offer. After unboxing It gets hanged after using 2 days. 4 Softwares loading from Play Store, hangs the mobile every 5 minutes. Although good battery time, but of no use. Worst phone. Please dont waste ur money. Dont get cheated with its nice features. Huawei is far far better then that.

I jus got the Zul and as I was searching suddenly the screen gor kind of redish and without sim card says only emergency calls, i do not how to rebbot to get the normal as all icons in the screen have disapeared.
jps tp get top open it again as its not reaonding in any way

worst phone automatically reboots 4-5 times in a day....& in every 2-3 days it hangs touch won't work. so dont buy this phone.

worst mobile reboots 3-4 times everyday ... and many have network issues airoplane mode gets on n you wont be able to dial r r recieve and calls

Hi Guys.. i am personally using this set.. The only problm is a little heatup issue other than this it is superb... and heatup issue is also in iphone costing about 1 lac... So its not an issue these days as it is just coz of powerful processors.. . Nothing else.. .
So those who are having hanging, onn off issues they might hv got a faulty piece produced by manufacturer.. i am pretty satisfied and enjoying every aspect.. i hv recvd 2 upates of OS as well within 6 days
