Its all in manual you should read. I bought galaxy tab 2 in 2014 that also got stucked on video playerand i waited for 1 day for automatic off :P then i read the manual and found this trick.

Those who are facing issues with the software, please root your device and flash custom cyanogen or any other ROM of your choice. Official Cyanogen OS has some bugs, even my Oneplus One has some bugs when running on official Cyanogen.
The phone has a good sets of hardware, although old yet so powerful.

The mobile overall look and specification is good but my new mobile purchased by amazon went to service centre to replace hardware also there is problem of battery heating and call hanging problem...

Overall phone's performance is good but main fault of this model is it's automatically restarting very frequently even when you are in a phone call.
It's better to avoid buying this model.

This phone is really amazing.. its battery backup allow me to hear song on long while . camera quality is fab.. & yea one thing in which sometimes i stuck its fingerprint scanner .
And all an all phone rating is good . M happy to have it :)

My best opinion don't buy this phone. this is my humble request to all. my phone automatically switch off and on. everyday sometimes happen. today my phone totally hanged. now my phone not get in on & off totally hanged position is there... touch also not working now. so please any one help me.

This phone is awesome. The fingerprint is good. No lags or problems. Single speaker but power of double. Both can are above the expected limit but the editor of can is not excellent but good

or is hang too muchI am using this phone when it revealed for 1st time to customer on 19 may, i got my phone on 22 may. Nd nd frm that day i didn't get any problems in my phone.
Camera quality is fab, calling voice quality too good, look wise dammm fab, battery backup is too good, only disadvantage is that sometimes double tab doesn't work properly. Otherwise its best phone i hav ever used, or according to availability of phones in current market it is best. I know its little bit costly, but believe me after purchasing when u will use this phone u will forget abt the cost price of phone.

Please suuggest me friends........Phone is good..The main problems is ..it hangs..else battery wise and feature wise it is good phone..I am waiting for software update..since release ,company has not updated software..after update, this issue may be resolved. But Suggestion is whenever buy new phone , it should have memory feature like this phone means in huge built memory (Expandable memory feature is not as good as inbuilt memory feature). Battery is also very good.
