Worst phone please don't buy. I got the signal problem. there is worst service of service centers. No proper response from service center people I handover the phone two months back till now not yet repaired.

To whom is interested,
I had like everybody here hanging problem with my Zuk, especially whith incoming call, after many attempts with hard resets i could isolate the reason... it is simply the light sensor, just turn of the live display, don't put it on automatic, turn it of, also it is better not to function the double tab to wake and to sleep, seriously i got a new smart phone with this. And don't forget to replace the camera app, the stock one is very bad, i am using MX camera, you will realize a big difference with it in the camera performance. My phone is rooted with kingtoot app, runs 12.1 YOG4PAS60J OTA

i bought it in june 2016 when i got and operate no wifi singnals i replaced it and got again on 24th of jukne but with in a week i feel it not working properly i.e. heating to much on charging and working on with in 10 to 15 minutes and also hanging to much . at last i went to service centre on 11th of july but after it i unable to get my phone till now due to unsufficency of spares at service centre provided by lenovo co. it means the services of lenovo is not good and target it only sale and sale

I purchased this lenovo zuk z1 yesterday. It get heat up and gives hanging problems. Camera is good but heats up to burn the hands and hangs a lot.
Can any one has its solution. System update of 200mb is available. Will this update will solve this mentioned problem or not.please help me.

dont buy this lenovo zuk z1. bought this phone one 1 half month back. after 1week hanging problem. now airplane mode activated itself and cant change the flight mode. so no signal. very much irritated

I think the problem only in your particular device.
Because i am a iphone user and i bought this Zuk 1 as my secondary phone.
Even when i bought my iphone, it has the same network error issue then i got replaced
my mobile. I'm using this Zuk 1 for last 2 months and i never had any issues with this.
To be honest, i loved it because it's fast, reliable and budget phone :)

a BIG NO to all who are looking to buy this phone........ this phone has major problem in network.............. it always show network sign full and on calling it fails like anything....... on basic use of the phone, this phone is BIG BIG BIG failure.........................NO to phoen

It's really a miracle in cheap price....I hv been using it for over a month ...I couldn't find any single con in this mobile...it's mind blowing amazing superb

This is value for money phone. I have been using it since 2 months now and it works great. Battery is long lasting but it depends on your usage. If you are using it for calling and watsapp then battery would last for 2 or more days in one charge.
For gaming and movies you may have to charge it frequently depending upon the usage.
Speed is good and ample of memory. I don't have to worry about video files.
Camera quality is superb. Excellent video quality. Many people appreciated the photo and video quality.
