I need your help, My phone gets ON the Aeroplane mode automatically and both sim cards go to no signals/service. I have to restart the phone 2-3 times to get back from the issues.
Can you help me guys, please? I'm really frustrated and feeling unlucky.

Forget the negative reviews. Those people just don't know how to handle the great customizability of cyanogen os. Been using s7 edge. Nothing in the world comes close to cyanogen with regards to the freedom they provide to personalize the device.

Do not buy this phone. I bought this phone on may 28 ,got on 31may,had to replace,got again on 10june ,had to submit the phone to cust.care on 15june due "motherboard" not working ...... Got it on 12 Aug .
That was a nutshell of what I have experienced . The main reason I bought this was that it had a huge internal space and good batter . But then again if a phone has to be submitted within 20 days of usage due to faulty motherboard it raises questionable doubt about the phone . And secondly the people at the cc of my home town(Delhi) are totally non cooperative . Even after being in service centre for two months it is still not functioning soundly .It has hanging issues ,apps close down suddenly ,low battery life.... Do not but this at any cost ... Buy any other phone but not this

Strangely if this phone has this many negative. I am surprised why is this still in market shelves from more than 1year.
I seriously doubt the author these reviews. Any ways I have ordered one for me as I am not a gamer but need a fast phone with long battery backup at the same time I won't have to bother for storage for at least 1 year.

Changing modes also reopens WiFi connection (I turned it off to use data connection). and connects automatically to the accostumed network.
This needs to be fixed.

Changing phone modes, e.g. Default to Silent, causes the Data Connection under Sim Cards to be toggled off.
Really annoying.

network connectivity is very poor with the hand set. totally handset is not upto the mark.
If company is ready to take back the hand set from all the customers is better to maintain the reputation of the Lenovo

dont buy this, ive had this phone fdor months and its extremely fragile, you wont break damage it easily, but theres a connection inside the phone with further inspection, this connection is weak and when the phone is dropped even lightly this little pin breaks almost always causing bad battery issues

In my hand set also having problem of can't dial to a contact number. Can receive call but out going is not possible. So have to reboot the set n then will be ok to dial a number. Pls suggest on this issue wts this issue will be?
