hello all i got suddenly problems with zuk z1 the mobile screen is getting automatic on and off i dint know why its happening i cant able to do even restart also the main problem with this phone is finger print scanner its not working when i going to unlock with finger print the mobile screen gets off only pls any one help me how can i solve my problem
please don't buy this phone it is not good

Go for it. Its a great phone with cool features. Not sure why so many complaints. I purchased this stuff in December last year and still working great. I guess its launching a bit late in India.
Proz and Conz are with every phone but my opinion is "go for it".

All your problem will be solved if you turn off double tap to sleep and wake up option in your setting menu , your phone will never hang or heat after call. @:)

Ramki, 02 Jul 2016Press and hold volume up button and power button in 10 seconds. Then phone will be restart.Their is a Solution for ur problem . plz off the option' double tap to sleep or wake up in your system setings . all ur hanging and heating problem will be solved .

Switch off the double tap option

sam, 01 Jul 2016Please dont buy this mobile it take lot of time for chargingPlease don't misguide , it takes 2hr 10-15 minutes to fully charge the device (0-100%). For a 2 amp. charger the charging time is not bad at all.
