radiant, 25 Jun 2016how is the main camera of this phone? The camera is very good even though it struggles in low light.
I see the specs of this phone perfect.
4 gb of ram, one of the best SoCs. Big battery for a small screen, oh yeah and that is is only 5 inch so i can actually fit it in every pocket.. Probabely great camera because i watched review of the zuks and it had decent camera. It also looks great and most important of all, its cheap. I was thinking, this is too good to be true??. I checked the specs again. AND I SEE THAT IS DO NOT SUPPORT EXPANDABLE STORAGE. WTF . That was a kick to the back for sure
I found out today how to buy this phone:
Do you have any plans for full review of ZUK Z2 on gsmarena ? when it will be published ?
AnonD-346557, 05 Jul 2016Where can i buy it in USA? Or when it will be available...

The good: great physical design, SD820 is powerful, that part just as expected. Bought this phone because this is the smallest SD820-4GB combination, i even sacrificed band20 because the as-compact-as-possible size is more important for me.
There are quite serious problems with the firmware though, by default it has an auto-clean feature that kills everything, deletes all cache, etc, in effect, keeps the "usage" below 30% all the time. After fiddling with the settings, i could turn some of this bullshit off, but still apparently it has no auto starting background services (e.g. no app notifications, no automatic photo uploads, if you want such, you have to "lock" and have the full app running all the time. This messed up even my alarm clock app.) There's another really annoying bug, notification access doesn't work, so in effect, this phone is not compatible with Pebble or Android Wear (or most likely, any kind of) smartwatches.
My conclusion is, HW is great, but don't buy it if you want a properly working Android, at least wait for fixes or some alternative firmware.
Is there any planning to launch international version with pre installed cyanogen os ?
I just came across this phone today. It's not very popular, but it seems to check all of the boxes of what I am looking for in a smartphone. I was interested in purchasing this phone, but unfortunately, it doesn't support Band 17(700).
It's been out for more then a week, whats taking gsmarena to write a review abt the phone performance and battery?
