Did I make the right choice in choosing a BlackBerry Curve 8520 over this handset?
The last few years, I've been using BlackBerry and I have evolved into a CrackBerry however, though the Cuve 8520 has been great so far I'm a bit of a "fashionisto" and this phone is on a cheap plan with Telstra ($30 Phone Plan for 24 months). Thus, I'm having second thoughts of whether or not I made the right choice.
This fone is NOTHING like the ZN50, first up the looks are farrrr better, second it has more going for it, more then just the 5mp camera (over the 3.15mp on the ZN50)
And if you get it with telstrayou will get even faster speeds with the internet.
Now i can't say that the touch pad is the best idea, but it is sexi and i have held and played around with the fone and it is responive with out being rediculously touchy, also the buttons are a great size.
In Australia you'll be looking at around $589 for this handset if anyone was interested (that is unlocked and with Telstra).
Cheers Al =]
Just got my GF this phone, seems ok so far, however, the phone does not let u know if you have missed a call or received a test. Also how do u reasign the soft keys ??
The touch buttons is very sensitive so if press too fast it will be annoying
mine also will flash 3 times before capturing the pix... the camera is very slow.
anybody having probs wif the side buttons? mine dun seem to work at all, no matter i press or tap or touch them... =(
its too costly as compare to its functions except 5.0 megapixel camera, should be in 10000.00 INDIAN RUPEES
:), 20 Dec 2009hi, just wondering if anyone have tried or used this phone? i just got mine today and i realis... moreThe fact that you device is flashing 3 times before taking pics is not normal. Even if I didn't use tried it myself I'm 100% certain that is a technical problem and as you jus bought it I think it's manifacturing problem. I'll suggest to contact the local store where you shopped for it.
good phone which can be compared with omina hd or s8300 better than this two phones you can get full hd display with both bl20 & 40 main for business and multimedia
Is it possible to accept an incoming call without having to open the slider?? I mean, accept the call with front soft-keys ??
Just got the phone.....
Em....nice touch, sensitive, 3.5G basic.
Nice cam, slim and minimum buttons.
Simple in design. "Simple is wonder".
