On the manual,the contact name allows 20 characters.However,I discovered that I was only able to key in 14 characters same as in the SIM card.Can anyone verify on that?

hey guys, i just got this phone and i want 2 no where i can download ringtones. R they under a different phone model name? cuz i just cant find them 4 this fone.

Hi there. I have just started using LG F2300. I jus cant seem to activate ny gprs setting. Singtel people told me that the handphone model wasn't in their data system. How do u all do it? When you transfer data from phone to computer, your computer must have a compatible serial cable for it, too, right? Can contact me at unidentified@2die4.com ? Please.. Im dying to know how to use this phone properly, and enjoying it. =) Thanks!

I worked out how to do the phonebook photos.. When u take a photo make sure u set the size to the smallest one.. U should see a square in the middle of the screen. Then it automatically saves to phonebook photos

I am interested in purchasing this phone (I am in Australia). Could someone please post back and let me know if the external screen can be lit all the time? I would like to have the external screen show the time or something ALL the time, not just when someone rings... If anyone could let me know that would be great.

i got it yesterday. not bad overall. yeah no bluetooth but another model called F2400 has it that looks exactly the same. but F2300 comes with a data cable.

I heard that this phone has Bluetooth which is really cool! And I love the sleek, seemless design. The key pad looks really tight too. I am going to buy this phone when it's released in France.

i don't care no bluetooth, Irda. Good design, Good Texture is much better. this phone is very unique design in the market.

Excellent design phone. i don't care no Irda. i hardly use Irda nomally. Most important thing of phone is design & good quality. you know this phone got a OLED outer display. marvelous. i'm gonna buy this mobile.

I heard from my friend who work for LG that Bluetooth version of this model will be appeared before this summer.
The code name of that model is F2400 availble in the Orange shop. i'm waiting to buy for that model.

I got this mobile yesterday. Good looking and compact. Great grip & texture.
My girlfriend said it looks like the 'new beetle' made by Wolfswagen.
Finally LG has a masterpiece design...
