i'm thinkin of buying this phone. i've got a question for those who have it. with the voice memo feature is it possible to record something and set it as a ring tone? if so how is the sound quality?

I've bought this phone and it said pxt compatible on the box but it wont receive any pxt's does anyone know how i can receive them and put them on my phone please help
