I'm planning to buy this phone but only the 16gb variant. Any suggestions on how to free some memory?? Btw, I can only buy the 16gb since there are no more 32gb available.
Had it for about a year. Buying a new one for 230 $ was nothing but a complete steal. It's a beast and it just keeps on going. Solid battery run times! 7 hours SOT, 1,5 hours of browsing, 30 percent brightness.

Mine is over 18 months and not a day have I questioned my decision to buy the beast. It's been a wonderful ride and I think I'll stick to LG for a long time to come.
There is no point to wait official update from LG. Android N will be released soon. I am using Bliss Custom ROM with android 6.0.1 for some time and everything works great. More info about this ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development/rom-team-bliss-t3290984

Can someone confirm? I'm assuming if Verizon have indeed done this then Android 6 will soon come to carrier unlocked phones. I'm swaying between buying a LG G2 or waiting for the Blackberry Hamburg.
Lately my phone displays white vertical lines on the screen. After some googling i found out some kind of screen connector when lose can cause this problem. Has any one else experienced this and what is the workaround. I don't want to send it to repairs and waste money on a screen replacement only to realise the problem still persists.
This is the best phone i ever purchased. I have been using this phone since 2 yrs and it didn't even show a problem. It is working as fine as new. I have also dropped it several times bt nothing happen to the screen or touch. I also played several high resolution games and it didn't hang. After 2 yrs my phone is working as new. It didn't even hang. Battery life is also too good. Its been a wise decision from me to purchase this phone.
I guess Verizon model have received 6.0 marshmellow update... Is it true... Any one who have received official update of 6.0 by LG.
kamran, 04 Jun 2016hey frends i want to buy this LG G2 phone.someone tell me opinion ?One the of best phones ever made great
battery, life, only just behind the latest flagship phones in. speed, great screen go for it.
I've had this phone for two years and it has been working fine since. I've dropped it several times and I was surprised it never broke.I also had a pretty awesome case for it that was both cute and protective.
It wasn't till recently that I had trouble with it. I think the last time I dropped it something inside came loose because I can hear it when I shake the phone. It also won't connect to the wifi anymore. I am due for an update with my carrier so I may switch to an Apple phone for the first time.
To conclude, with proper care this phone will last you quite a while. It's been one of my favorite phones so far.
ShazzadHossen, 01 Jun 2016I'm interested to purchase LG G2. But after seeing a drop test on YouTube of G2 I'm bit confus... morethe solution is dead simple
1. Buy a rubber casing the only costs 50 cents on aliexpress.
2. dont drop the Phone... you ever looked at car crash tests doesnt ook pretty! So dont crash the freaking car.
People are wway to careless with their hardware its their fault if it breaks noone elses.
I'm interested to purchase LG G2. But after seeing a drop test on YouTube of G2 I'm bit confused, because after two drops the phone screen was not responding and the display obviously without any doubt cracked completely. Other than this experience I really still like this smartphone.
