But the battery really see... morethank u for the information, buddy im still curios about a new software release maybe we could be surprised in the same way that old lg optimus g were when lg gave to them 4.4.2 from 4.1.2 .... they never got 4.2.2 or 4.3 wich was something amazing based that that surely was an eternity and many users surely sold their devices after 4.2.2 release and not official info.
what do u think 5.1.1 or 6.0 ......... i think lg could surprise us with 6.0
lg user, 31 Oct 2015hi rim this is julio my friend i really want to thank you for such a good review..u covered al... moreWell, you don't have to sacrifice performance if you don't want to. But the battery really seemed to go down faster than before. That underclocking profile was just my personal experiment to ramp up the battery ad absurdum, not neccessity. If you install Dorimanx Kernel, you can get more than sufficient battery life without any corner-cutting and even out of all the people who installed the ROM, just some complained about the battery life, so it may be tied to something outside of the ROM itself, similarly to the reports on problems with LP upgrade- some people have loads of problems, some people have none.
As for your question. I do have the D802. The American variants would have been cheaper but are not exactly problem-free when used halfway across the world.
Anyway, I guess what you need is here on the XDA- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476 scroll down for the TOT method. That seems to be what you need. Good luck.

Rim, 29 Oct 2015So, here I am again with my little report on the use of Cloudy G2 3.3
First thing I noticed... morehi rim this is julio my friend i really want to thank you for such a good review..u covered all my doubts about the rom but based on the sacrifice that we need to do with performance in order to save battery i do prefer stock because lowering the mhz doesnt mean that our beloved g2 will suffer after all but i always want the best performance under a balaced battery im thats my case so i think that stay with stock rom will be my choice after all ...im not really interested in turning my device in to a sound machine and make it louder it is fine for me the way it is im not a big fan of over personalize devices so i prefer minimun.....
unfortunately lg smartworld is not compatible with my lg d800 i cant get the app to work on it.... wanted to download a few themes but ..if i cant i cant them ....
now there is something that i really want to know.
my g2 is a D800 from at&t running 5.0.2 after applying a manual update trough my computer..im not in the states ........ and i dont own a at&t sim.
my question for you is this my friend wich model do u have popular D802 or D800 like me..
because id like to know howto go back to kitkat or restore software in case i want to try something diffrent upcomming like a android m rom for example ....
thanks for all ur help u have been very helpfull not just for me im sure for all readers of this path.

AnonD-415270, 31 Oct 2015Will it be safe flashing back to stock rom??No intervention with the system files is ever completely safe. Just be sure to read properly, check everything twice and follow the guidelines on XDA properly.
You will see. And even if it fails and breaks more, I read something about how to possibly restore even completely unresponsive devices a while back, so you have not exhausted all your options yet.
i just playing games like COC
what's phone you suggest to me between this lg g2 or galaxy j7
I have a problem with the touch screen
The touch is not responding very will and some part of the screen are dead

You can at least try to unroot it, if you have at least some control. The third item on the top menu will take you to the setting, then scroll down until you find the highlighted symbols. That means "language" in Korean. From there, the first item on the looong list of languages should be the default language of your phone, so try that, maybe it will switch to something comprehensible.
But basically, yes. Flashing back to stock ROM is the surest way to hopefully eliminate any and all problems, your rooting attempt may have caused.
pino, 30 Oct 2015if its still black you cant onruut this way but there is a full unroot option in the settings ... moremy suprsu was in korean language so i cant even undrstand it
if i do full rom flash will it be okay????
Rim, 30 Oct 2015So by "black" screen you mean you can't even boot the device?
Most guides for rooting etc ... moreno i can do the hard reset
but the problm remains same
its saying the home is not responding and i cnt even go to menu but i can go to the settings by dragging the toolbar
i think supr su messed it up
wht will be bettr fr me????unroot this or root it again????
I dont think there will be any updates for G2. LG dont care anymore, for them is a old device.I am very disappointed from the lollipop and from the updates policy and from LG like all. For me is my last LG device, but i wish to see g3 and g4 owners what will say when they will be at my place.
AnonD-415270, 30 Oct 2015rim please tell me the steps of unrooting g2 verizon
it was rooted to 5.0.2 and aftr some day... moreSo by "black" screen you mean you can't even boot the device?
Most guides for rooting etc recommend you to get custom recovery first and create a nandroid backup. Did you do that? If so, you can try to get into recovery and see if you can't solve it by wiping cache and Dalvik or flashing your backup file.
If you didn't do that, you can try recovery anyway. Power down the device, then hold the power button and volume down buttons until you see the LG logo. Then release both buttons and press them again. Hold those buttons until you see a white screen asking you to confirm that you want to perform factory reset and are acknowledging that you will lose all your data. (Sorry, I don't know if it's the same for Verizon variant but let's pretend it is)
If that didn't solve it or you can't get into recovery at all, you probably have to follow this guide- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476
