But with normal usage it just becomes warm. The hearing issue has increased after lolipop update. But I tested xperia z2 and lg g3 in a local store. Lg despite of being 13 mp gives better detail and colour accuracy than sony's 20 mp. Display and design are better than Sony. Lg is very comfortable to hold than Sony because of the curve on back. Lg's speaker has greater sound quality and loudness than sony. But lg lags here and there. But Sony doesn't. Battery life of lg is very worse. Sony has great battery life. In terms of connectivity lg has ir blaster. Lg has a reservoir of useful features. Lg has got lollipop update but sony doesn't.
I'm confused between LG g3 and Sony xperia z2.. I really wanna go with g3 but the heating issue pulls me back.. Is the heating issue very prominent?? Is there any way to get rid of the problem?? What happened after updating to lollypop?? Is the heating issue lesser than before or same?? Please give your honest opinion... Otherwise I've to go with z2..

AnonD-276938, 03 Mar 2015LG g3 users please help: I m currently using HTC 816 loving it but want to upgrade.. i love 5... moreHi Jin nat. I've never used the Xperia line and I've never heard of the A7, but I have been using the G3 for a few months. Battery life is great, performance isgreat, display is amazing, and the camera is awesome. The bow on top of that is the fact that LG put all of this in a slim design. I would definitely recommend you getting the G3.
AnonD-368900, 05 Mar 2015G3 owners, how is the battery life? Whats is the longest period between charges? And whats you... moreHi, NightShadow. I've owned my Verizon LG G3 for a couple months now, and I've been very pleased with the battery life. While everyone's phone use will differ, the longest my battery has held a charge is around 15 hours with only texting, calling, using data to surf the web, and occasional gameplay. I don't remember your other question and I can't look right now, but hopefully this next thing will answer it. It usually takes a little over an hour for my phone to charge fully from 10% battery remaining. I hope this answers the battery question you had.
How come lg wins the best smartphones of 2015? I dont get it I think when compare to the m8 or iphone6 in terms of speed ,smoothness,, and real world use lg g3 are behind these 2.. and it lags.. but the design is beautiful..
It is nowhere near perfect but it is a very good device with some cool features...
It has won the MWC 2015 crown for its cutting edge technology and features. Its near to perfect but not a perfect smart phone. It has battery draining and heating issues. And the most important frame drop issue while gaming. But these issues are not caused by its hardware. These are software issues. LG's software is not optimized and its also not efficient. So please LG release a software update that can solve all these issues.
