anyone from PHIL here? Android L is now available via LG PC Suite, update now :)
I'm reading this too, it seems recent OS updates are updates for the hell of it, just to make them look competitive against apple, without offering much new to the table. If you're rooted then I think yes get L, but get it on a rooted custom rom that suits your liking.
If i have 2 choices LG G2 and LG G3 which one is better to buy?
Please advice me
I had been using Samsung for a long time till I bought lg g3. I was bored with Samsung.. Lg g3 is an awesome phone.. I have never experienced mentioned problems.. It is fast, nice.. But people who have lollipop update aren't satisfied with it.. People say that phone goes crazy even if you do factory reset.. I think lg just cared about being one the first companies which prepared lollipop update as early as possible.. I think they didn't take care of quality. They should focus on 5.1-2 update.. Now I am able to install lollipop update but I avoid because of mostly bad reviews

Anonymous, 23 Dec 2014Who are you? LG developer or what? You'll see some of them but majority you won't see. At leas... moreJust forgive him he likes to talk big in this forum, because he has a pretty big mouth and will talk big theory of anything.
Whatever he said in this forum is always right and you will be fully wrong.
AnonD-203621, 23 Dec 2014This phone should have a 5,2" Display 3840x2160 pixels, Gorilla Glass 4, 29875 mAh Batter... more5.2 or 5.5 are useless and it makes it uncomfortable in hands and inside thr pocket. 5" 1080p is the OPTIMUM size with the same footprint as G3 Beat. QHD is not an improvement but a downside to battery life.
This phone should have a 5,2" Display 3840x2160 pixels, Gorilla Glass 4, 29875 mAh Battery User-Replaceable, 1 hour for 95%-Charged Ability, 24 MPixel BSI-CMOS Rear Camera with Octa Xenon and Quad LED Flash, up to 18x Optical Zoom and 6x Digital Zoom, ISO up to 12800, 8 MP Front Camera, and have at least an IP67 Certification. Oh, and I forgot... Its Retail Selling Price should be lower than 200 Euros and have DVB-T TV Reception. DON'T you dare to tell me that I'm asking for much! :-)
Excellent update restored the device after I updated the phone, is far more fluid and the battery life is great so far today I have 3h30m screen on time on brightness 50% automatic. And I still have 31% left. And is 13h since I unplugged the device.
