Dharmendra , 25 Jul 2014What a worst phone. Network drops and no network is big problem. don't buy this phone.Drops can mean your area , location but in florida it smokes the competition, and its built better quality than samsung 5 I returned.
Anonymous, 24 Jul 2014Well if I am not mistaken, 16 and 32 gb is your amount of storage space you have available on ... moreUnfortunately, you got it wrong. This is not what I want to know. I know that 16GB or 32GB does not affect phone performance since it is just a storage space. But the different amount of RAM might make a difference in performance. I hope you get it this time.
I came to the G3 from iphone 4S. Don't get me wrong, the Apple device is great, but it looks like a toy compared with the stunning LG phone. True, It's not a perfect device, and battery life could be better. Nevertheless, I found it good enough. It might be LG jumped to ultra high resolutions screen too soon, before next generations' cpus, gpus, batteries, etc. were available, in order to ensure performance and battery life with the new ultrapixelated screen, but honestly, I think that the G3 is ahead of the curve, and is the way to go for the rest of manufactorers.
Great work of LG guys in the UI. It feels simple, light and plenty of useful features... Knock wake up and sleep, double window...
Last but not least, the desing is gorgeus. It's a very beautilful phone, as I can say watching the people reaction when they see it. But, what's more important, incredibily comfortable to hold and hand for a 5.5' screen size device. And, well that screen is just... Incredible!!
I can even imaging going back to Apple.
Congratulations, LG. That's the way... Keep on your hard work.
hi is quad hd i mean its resolution and 4k the same thing because uhd tv have higher resolution than this phone but still lg is saying it has quad hd display
friends can i know about sunlight readability of this phone and brightness...????
What a worst phone.
Network drops and no network is big problem.
don't buy this phone.
buyers be aware of the very poor contrast of this phone.
remember xperia z washed out contrast? despite sharpness if you don not have contrast you will be p**sd off like anything. xz had nomina contrast ratio of 705:1 and g3 has 798:1.. if anybody is upgrading from g2 he will dye to see perfect colour experience. g2 had a contarst ratio 1495:1...
Used it for a week, everything was great except the battery life which was quite horrible... switching from the LG G2, the battery life was life heaven & earth.... i think it was because of the QHD display... the battery life for browsing was probably half of that of LG G2.. i sold the phone after a week and i was glad i still had my LG G2...
Go for Mi4...its the best phone...OnePlus is only for "Nobles" with "Invite".
just bought g3 gold color and use a week plus, no auto shutdown, no lag, just got heating on back camera side when play game, battery life shorter than note2. but i still love it for g3 camera, and the beautiful screen of g3. just to share my opinion.
One of the best phone you will ever use
. Don't think
Life is too good with it ^_^
I have tried dozens of smartphones
But this is all time winner
Use it and you will forget using any other mobile in market...
to be frank I am an die hard samsung fan owned S2 now S4.
earlier wen ever I hear about LG model. My mind use to say " why the hell LG giving out model with some eneryless and unattravtive UI wen compated to Touchwiz".
After looking at LG G3 UI. I was simply stunned :D .
I guess LG good time has started.
Wat an Change ovet LG !!!!
I have just come from a long string of iPhone's and about to buy a LG G3 32g 3G ram. I love iPhone so much but I just can't wait to get a hold of that LG. Life's good!!!😄
Adibeck, 01 Jun 2014Sony is not even in the competition. LG replaced Sony as the 3rd largest manufacturer of mobil... morejust to clarify... The Z2 overcomes the G3 in every hardware and software aspect you can think off, and as gorgeous as the design of the G3 is, the 1440p has it's issues, and pretty big at that. Battery drain, overheating, forced low brightness due to heat, and worsened game performance due to an underpowered GPU (Adreno 330 runs better at 1080p) along with already showing app crashes makes the G3 a pretty doubtful best smartphone of the year.
I guess I'll stick with my 20mp 4k video waterproof Z2. Also, can the G3 make 720p video look like 1080p? The Z2's bravia engine can, and it makes everything look gorgeous.
The LG G3 had the potential to be THE smartphone of 2015... Everything was perfect: The gorgeous design, incredible screen size ratio, the specs, everything...
But the 1440p screen, the first of it's kind was bound to have some issues, and they dragged the phone down hard. Battery life issues, low brightness, overheating, and worsened game performance by packing a bigger resolution without an increased GPU for compensated 3d performance made this near-perfect phone something I and many users can't live with as much as we want that gorgeous smartphone.
Sorry LG, I wan't your phone, I really do, but why did you have to include a 1440p screen plagued with issues? Sorry guys but I speak nothing more than the truth. If anybody else was also let down go do yourself a favor and buy a Z2. It may lack the beautiful screen size the G3 has, but at least it has solid game and camera performance along with the waterproof build (Which I've tested in my local pool and shower countless of times)
V, 23 Jul 2014Anyone can confirm if there's a difference in performance between 16GB with 2GB of RAM and 32G... moreWell if I am not mistaken, 16 and 32 gb is your amount of storage space you have available on your phone. Like for apps and games.
And the 2 gig and 2.5 gig is the processor speed of the phone. How fast it is. When you open the internet it is lighting quick.
I hope this helps
I think I got it right.
