Android updates are released by your countries networks not LG. Some countries & networks will have it before others. For all the haters this is a nearly perfect smartphone. I dont experience any lag, camera is awesome and battery life is great. U cant expect all day battery when you gaming, no phone can do that!!

AnonD-114112, 16 Mar 2016planning to buy either this or the zenfone 2 2gb. which one is better u think?I have been using G3 for almost 2 years and the only problem I encountered so far was when my phone keep on rebooting few days back. But after I bought a new genuine LG battery, my phone is back to normal.
I have never used Zen Fone 2. But if I read GSMArena's review of Zenfone 2, aside from comparing G3's specs to that of ZF2, I would suggest go for G3. Both have the same screen size but G3 is slimmer and lighter. G3 has OIS. You can also take selfie easily by just using your fist, though i don't know if ZF2 has the same capability.
The above are just my opinion. Choice is still yours. :D

This model does not bring "big revenue" anymore as it is reaching its 2 year barrier. Nowadays, anything that is being produced cannot have more than 2 year life because we have been taught to be a MASS CONSUMPTION customer rather than a FAITHFUL one like it should be, otherwise big companies cannot make any profit fast (they have not heard about patience). We are driven buy buy buy anything that is newer and not to stick to our OLD/GOOD/RELIABLE LG G3. Hey LG, what has happened to you? Where is your promise regarding updating this phone?
It's already 15 March. Where are those who were so overly confident to post here and everywhere that official MM update for international variant of G3 will be released on 14 March?
AnonD-385367, 14 Mar 2016Has anyone updated their G3 D855 international n Indian variant to Android M? If yes is it the... moreI'm afraid not. I have the International D855 model and still no signs of the update. It's a shame truly since we were one of the first to have received Lollipop update last year.
