Hello year 2024, sorry for just replying. LG nuclun use 16nm Tsmc and 14nm fab intel, probably LG's first soc hot. (assuming the LG Nuclun SoC is still being produced in 2024, using Arm Cortex A75. Maybe a powerful SoC)
