Great features but big ugly brick...LG should improve on bezels and design. G5 hopefully ?
InsanitySage, 29 Jul 2015It does record in 60fps 1080p. Check the specs again and the options on your phone big guyI am sorry bro but try playing the video you recorded in 1080p with GOM Player and press Right Click on the video - Playing FIle Info (Third from the bottom). It says under the Frame rate 30 frames/sec. The GSMArena info is wrong unfortunately.
I am wating for an update since the next Moto X has the same CPU and GPU and it does support 60FPS in recording in 1080p, so they should just update the camera software it's not a hardware thing...
Well with decent use i got 24 hr of use with 24% remaining and with heavy use i get 14 to 16 hrs....better than my note 4 dual sim....i just love lg g4 ...the best of android world...then i love htc phones....samsung are too laggy....

I have LG G3 and I love it, totaly suggest the G4 for sure, great LG support and update. Good battery and style. I love it. If I need find a bad point, sometimes if play really intensly with heavy game as Asphalt 8, it happen to be really hot in the front side (glass) just under the speaker. BUt my general conclusion it's pure love!
just 1,4GHz??? Nexus5 or G3 is better..2,3GHz. Ram is just needed if we work multitasking..processor is more important for games, browsing, etc

Anonymous, 31 Jul 2015what bout battery guys ???
why only 3000mah for such a mammoth ??
check out OnePlus2 mobile ... moreThe device runs perfectly fine with a 3000mAh battery. looking at my phone right now the battery is sitting at 75%, my previous phone the Xperia Z2 would at this time of the day with the same features enabled be sitting at about 60-62% life left.
But to be totally fair its possible the G4 might have had even more battery left but since it is new I have been playing with it a bit more.
Have always loved my Xperia cellphones and have had many of the available models, however I decided that as of late Sony seems to only upgrade the internals of their flagship phones with majority of their current models all looking the same. And so comes the LG G4, I did alot of research on this device and my choices were this time ultimately between the LG G4 and the Samsung S6 Curve and unfortunately for my needs the G4 excelled for my needs. If a phone is going to be sealed with a non-removable battery then it needs to be waterproof but since neither the Samsung nor the LG is waterproof this was a deciding factor. That coupled to the fact that Samsung featured non expandable storage made the LG G4 a clear winner in my books. That coupled with the fact that the G4 is a overall bigger phone (easier for my big hands) and having a removable/replaceable battery just strengthens my decision.
Ultimately I chose the G4 and couldnt be happier with my choice. The phone with its premium leather back feels of such high quality, some will say "but the S6 comes with a glass back" but I have experienced this with my various Xperia models and with the amount of fingerprints that feature on the rear of the phone coupled with all the scratches that the glass receives from placing it on various surfaces to me its of no use whatsoever, and the G4 I can chop and change my back covers to suite my style and mood without problem.
Would I recommend the G4 absolutely, "but the Samsung S6 has wireless charging", with a $7 pad I bought off ebay so now does my G4, a minor in comparison to the overall price difference between the G4 and S6.
Thank you LG for doing it right.
