The Masterpiece, 09 May 2015I think im going to give lg g4 a go this time. I've read about g3.and apparently it was voted ... moreim using g3 a lot of lies just to make the phone looks bad i don't have any major issues on my g3
i never encounter any major lags or over heating
battery is good to me i can browse internet for 6-7hours its morethan enough and very normal. its not poor as some are claiming
the screen is sharp and good not the best but still superior to other's phonescreen
g3 is really good phone im very much satisfies with my g3.
The Masterpiece, 09 May 2015No. It looks is definitely called the lg g4 edge. Sorry for that,,,but are you mean that there is NO G4 Note and LG will make G4 Edge instead of??
OR there are G4 note and G4 edge!!
Jan George, 09 May 2015Yes its right,,and i think i will wait it instead of G4I read today T-Mobile battery is not 3000 but 2900 oddly. I wonder if USA is not getting 3000.
Anonymous, 09 May 2015so true I think im going to give lg g4 a go this time. I've read about g3.and apparently it was voted the best phone for 2014. Another I read is the lg g4 isn't a fancy looking phone like the s6 edge, but if you want a phone to always do what you want. Lg phones are very reliable.
The Masterpiece, 09 May 2015That's one thing that impressed me with g4. And other aspects of the g4 for example:Good camer... moreg4 is a well balanced smartphone
for example; it might not be the best in design but atleast not the worst(though subjective)
might not be the perfect camera phone , but atleast near to perfect
might not be the fastest ,but still fast and enough to give a smooth performance
not be the the phone with excellent battery life but atleast morethan enough.
and more and more goods on this phone.
Jan George, 09 May 2015You mean G4 Note,,,right??No. It looks is definitely called the lg g4 edge.
Anonymous, 09 May 2015not only that sir do you know what's the best advantage we can get from a removable battery? ... moreThat's one thing that impressed me with g4. And other aspects of the g4 for example:Good camera, good battery life(supposedly), Quantum diplay. Etc. I think Lg g4 maybe s6's rival.
The Masterpiece, 09 May 2015Yeah I like removable batteries at least they can be changed when one runs out. Not like the s... morenot only that sir
do you know what's the best advantage we can get from a removable battery? all batteries have lifespan so once it becomes weaker its very easy to change it without paying technician and we can change the back cover if we want new one that might suits to our mode.
so no problem is sometimes it gets scratches easy to swap the cover
Anonymous, 09 May 2015i always love the phone with removeable battery or back cover and ofcourse the microSD card ... moreYeah I like removable batteries at least they can be changed when one runs out. Not like the s6 and m9. Brings me back to the days when all phones had removable batteries. Plus ive got loads of photos on my memory card from my xperia T. So i am glad i can still use the memory card in a new phone like the g4.
The Masterpiece, 09 May 2015Hi just finished reading the review, and I must say that it seem to a very good one. Very conv... morei always love the phone with removeable battery or back cover and ofcourse the microSD card slot is a bonus
i will buy g4 and if the g4 note is better i will upgrade as soon it will be available
[deleted post]I think we need more comparisons between phones on here. But tgey don't seem to be doing much comparisons.
Anonymous, 09 May 2015go to androidcentral review on the g4 it is a great phone Hi just finished reading the review, and I must say that it seem to a very good one. Very convincing. The g4 seems to have lot to offer and it might be a tad underrated. I can upgrade early at the end of this month,or wait until June when my contract ends. Do you reckon any other phones will be released around that time? Wish I knew when the g4 edge was going to be released. I have viewed prototypes of it on the net.
In our still photo tests, the LG G4 and Galaxy S6 both did excellent when taking landscape shots with both phones showing much detail and quality even when cropped. The only minor difference again here was that the LG G4 seemed to reproduce more real colors while S6 was a bit more on the warm side for brighter colors. Again, these differences were fairly minor and depending on your personal preference, you might like the G4 or the S6. When the photos were cropped to more than 10X, the LG G4 seemed to have just a tad more clarity and detail, this may be due to the faster F1.8 lens vs. F1.9.
The Masterpiece, 09 May 2015Ok thank you I will have a look now. G4 VS S6 camera
For 4K recording, we did a bunch of tests with the phones on tripod and handheld. With the phones on tripod, the LG G4 and Galaxy S6 both did very well in capturing a lot of detail with brilliant colors. The LG G4 seemed to have slightly better color reproduction while the Galaxy S6 exaggerated bright colors like yellow, red, and green. In low-light, both did well but the color difference was more exaggerated, the G4 picked up much truer colors than the Galaxy S6 in our beach scene where G4 showed the true pink colors of sunset while S6 turned them yellow.
Also for OIS(Optical Image Stabilization) tests, LG G4 seemed to be a bit more stable with less shakes in our panning tests when viewed with 600% zoom. Of course, the differences are actually very minor but LG G4 does seem to have a better handle on video stabilization.
