I have this phone for about one ye... moreworst cell phone i ever owned. occasionally froze up. often wouldn't hold its place when reading a site. pictures difficult to frame. frequently couldn't get into desired sites. just a pure piece of junk!
I bought a LG G4 and since fifteen months ago works fine. I wish underline that with bluetooth speakers and his 24 bits /192 Khz audio chip, flies high. The V20 Quad compulsory improve it, but, I think, slightly better.
lg g4 is the worst just becoz of its bootloop ,, speacially in pakistan where theres not even a single shop of lg mobiles and repairers ,,, so i dnt recommend lg g4 . overall specs area good n no doubt camera is also superb but after some time the bootloop cause problems

Now i've already paid LG to fix my phone and its still got problems and i've had to make multiple trips to the service center over the last 6 weeks to fix it again and again. I dont know why they just don't replace the pcb with a new one.
I think that if LG repairs correctly the affected units, its legal responsibilities end here.
I am fairly surprised about written comments for the LG G4. I have this phone for about one year now and I never had a single lag or slowing down whatsoever. Camera is absolutely amazing, speaker is loud and clear and the battery last at least for a day when using the phone hard. I am speaking of about 4,5 - 5 hours of screen on time. I have no complaints about screen, signal and speaking quality when making a phone call. My phone is in the series without bootloop problem. The only thing i think it should be better is video quality, I dont like much how stabilization works, but it's usable when you don't shake it much. Once more, LGs phones are the closest to apple devices when speaking about system stability and smoothness and workflow when using it. I literary haven't restarted the phone for more than 4 months, never did factory reset, and it flyes. There is a lot of negative comments issuing bootloop problem and hating the phone, but rarely anyone will come and write a positive comment if they are happy with the phone. If you have bootloop problem, go and return it, your warranty covers it. For everybody: this phone is amazing, and i recommend buying it, especially now when you can find it for about $300 new.

I sent an email to the LG company, they just said any devices come from eBay no warranty on it. I have 30 days for return the device, so please any one tell me what should I do?
Was a good phone until it went shit in 14 months ,bootloop problem.LG extended there warranty for 2 years because of all the problems.Getting a replacement under warranty,and if it does it again i'm through with any LG products.
I didn't like this phone from the moment I got it. Thought the camera focused poorly, battery life not very good for a new phone, loaded with lots of apps I never used but couldn't delete. Then it froze almost exactly​ 14 months after purchase. Warranty had ended and I had a phone that wouldn't turn on or off. It was just stuck on a black screen. No notice, nothing strange before the phone died. Fortunately my carrier agreed to pay off the balance and I was able to get something else. I was told by 3 different employees of the carrier that this is a known problem with the G4. My daughter had a G3 and had similar problems but at least she got 2 years from it. I'll never buy another LG phone. On a side note, I have an LG washing machine which I also hate

* means - The source video or audio must be good.
I bought this phone because a cellphone store was selling it via loan by an bank, so you can pay it by parts. The store also gave 1 month warranty; at first, everything was great, but after 1 month and few days it started with a serious problem: the famous bootloop problem. I returned the phone to the store and they said that it's the software issue. I waited 1 week and they couldn't fix it. I read on Internet about the bootloop problem and was very dissapointed with LG. I think never would buy their products again. :(
