It doesn'... moreHi, IG if your handset really dead, if not fall from the height, or escape to swim in pool (liquid damage ) not been rooted(playing with the firmware means flashing custom Rom) then just go to the service center if nothing is found as I mentioned you will get the replacement means brand new handset

But as you describe here regarding said phone is not true and there are no valid reasons to believe the same. Please focus on truth and post actual review. Bad news

Just bought my g4 a month ago. All I can say was that the phone was great. i
It has superb camera both front and back. The back camera shines when using it in low light environment. The phone is super zippy and I rarely encounter any lag. Thr only downside was that it has an average battery life. I only get about 10 to 12 hours of use with 2-4 screen on time. I'm also concerned about the bootloop issue. I hope that my device will not be affected since it was produced in august with sn 508.

When you make a call, you put the phone on your ear, the screen black out, and the call will never be terminated, because the screen black out, and the power button doesn't work. Not recommended this phone

To switch 3g/4g on sim 1 to sim 2,
1. Setting -> Networks -> More -> Mobile Network
2. SIM Card 1 -> Network mode -> 2G only
3. SIM Card 2 -> Network mode ->4G/3G/2G,and set Acees Point name
4. Back to setting, Setting -> Network -> Dual Sim Card -> Data Network -> SIM card to use -> SIM 2

But i'm luckier than you because my phone have official warranty. So I took my phone to service centre. They replace the mainboard. So my G4 is fine now

Hope, you will get better battery life (than unplugging immediately after become full charge).
