The OP needs to suck it up and buy a new battery in India.

Anonymous, 28 Jan 2017Hi guys..m from India and i recently got my lg g4 dual 2 days ago.my brother send it from hong... moreConsidering the phone probably sat on a retailers shelf for ages the battery most likely lost its charge and then after sitting uncharged for so long probably permanently signifantly reduced the battery's performance hence the slow charge and fast discharge. Basically, the battery cannot hold a charge. Its dead. Get a new battery.
Why you bought a g4 in 2017 is beyond me.

Hi guys..m from India and i recently got my lg g4 dual 2 days ago.my brother send it from hong kong nd i got problm with it.it is not charging fast even in slow condition it takes full day to charge 100% and also battery is draining fastly, just after 2 hours of charging.please yar anybody help me please to solve this.please help

It was self tapping on other parts of the screen, activating other apps and other stuff. it happened just before it boot looped. Had my phone fixed and now it works just like brand new. Have your phone checked just to be sure.

Hi guys. it took 3 weeks for my G4 to get fixed because of the boot loop and screen burn issue. i don't have to pay for anything because it is still under warranty.
My advice to you especially for those in the Philippines, if you're going to buy a phone, ask for the extended warranty. Sure, you'll be paying more (around 900 to 1k), but it will be worth it when you encounter problems after 1 year. If your phone is expensive, don't be cheap about the perks the store is offering. And always keep your receipt and know where their service centers are.
I'm still an overall LG fan despite having experienced the boot loop issue. LG G4 is a great phone coz of it's features.

the phone is good,
but the processor gone,
as per LG service I have to spent Qrs. 1000/-
ie 75% of the phone...
its really killing...me

buy and use since march 2015.. right now the upper screen show a ghosting or burn in.. stil not sure if i want return for service or keep using it.. sometime i believe once you return service another problem will come up..
I use zerolemon and for wa bbm and playing walking war robots.. charge is daily.. use it until the screen get very hot.. still loving it..

Bought the phone 8 months ago, dual-sim model. Worked great and is a really good phone but then the freeze/boot problems started.
right now it is in service and I hope I get it back before the holidays.
It's a great phone and I bought it b/c I own several LG devices that worked fine a long time (TV and a wash machine) but if I knew this boot problem I would never have bought it.
I hope the service comes through now but my next phone won't be LG.
