User of LG for a while I jumped from LG G4 to G5 in a question of few months. After 3 months jogging with my phone it started to fail and the micro did not work anymore. Sent to LG for revision under warranty, they confirmed that sweat has got into the phone and has signs of corrosion. They claimed it is my fault for making a bad use of it and do claim over half of the price of the phone to repair it. Even if I was a good LG client, this is a shame. The detachable part does not close completely and humidity corrodes your phone from inside even while having your phone in a special bracelet for jogging. Pay attention. For all that I liked the phone; the next one will not be LG..... for sure! Customer service is the worse ever! At least in Portugal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Friends
My slo-mo video which was not working got fixed with the new software update (557 MB). Works like as it is supposed to now. Phone now supports VoLTE.

The difference is that Samsung is paying a lot of money, to make a big deal out of the same problems on other brands.

Hi G5 Techies...
Need your help. I have G5 since 2 months. Phone is awesome and I love it specially the amazing camera. However, my Slo-mo is not working since day 1. I have been too lazy to go to the service centre. Whenever I record with slo-mo option, video is recorded only in normal mode.
Is anyone else facing the same issue? Would much appreciate any help.

great phone ! If you get the camplus. make sure you try it before leaving the store. II settled on a demo unit as 3 new in box did not work. makes fotos so much easier.
love the piggyback extra battery pack so you can charge all at once.

anyone having problems with cam plus? i connected the device and nothing happens. the phone doesnt recognize it and none of the functions on the module works
