For people who wonder if the G5 supports FM Radio, I confirm it's still here.
5:08 you can see the "FM Radio" icon.
i have had the LG g2, g3, g4. i also had the Samsung s3/s4/s6.
I have never been hapy With Samsung but LG has been good since g2! i like the cameraoptions here. this will be my NeXT phone as long as the tests dont find anything bad:)
LG should release Magic Slot keyboard with extended battery for the G5
Please somebody confirm that LG g5 had fm radio. If there is fm radio why gsmarena did not show in specs?
G5 is one and only best smartphone ever till......wonderfull innovation and great specs.
I love to be LG G5
The back buttons were very unique....why on earth id L.G remove them? Whhhhhhyyyyyyy? From an LG G2,G3 owner
Jaux, 22 Feb 2016No radio?G5 has FM Radio. I saw it on youtube (Android authority LG G5 UX Feature Focus).
for me the lg g5 is a game changing phone, its a powerful device but its not the best looking flagship phone out there and it i was disapoint to find out that the back button lay out was removed bcoz that was what made lg stand out of the huge android universe.... now it just looks just like any other phone but the module thats freaking awsome.
Space_Cadet, 23 Feb 2016You're complaining about LG moving down to 5.3" yet the galaxy s7 will be 5.1"... You're sayin... moreSamsung flagship has never crossed the 5.1" line, then there is thenote series flagship at 5.7 followed by several 5.2" , 5.5" and 6" phones. Lg's flagship has always been 5.5"(g3 g4) so the 5.5" screens are missing to be replaced by?. The v10 is 6" so from 5.4 to 5.7 lg has no flagship phone to offer, so what type of market strategy is that. Don't thing i like Samsung phones, i have never owned one but i thing a 5.1" and 5.5" Samsung s7 flagship phone makes sense.
Im failed to understand why the battery is kept so low provided high end processing and ram. Battery life is a major aspect when a consumer is making a choice some sometimes specs could be comprised over battery life.
When I saw LG G5 official trailer, I remembered the last time I reload a gun, I hope this phone makes me feel the same way..
Zanche, 23 Feb 2016Lg flagship phones have always had one thing right "no compromise" well this year it has switc... moreYou're complaining about LG moving down to 5.3" yet the galaxy s7 will be 5.1"... You're saying LG is compromising yet Samsung did the same when they released the s6.. I'm just a little bit confused, may you enlighten me? cause here I was thinking LG is doing great things with this phone.
I actually like how the G5 looks. IT was inspired by the G3 and Nexus 6P ... and LG are innovating just like they did with the G2
LG G5 for the win!!
Lg flagship phones have always had one thing right "no compromise" well this year it has switched to " total compromise". Coming from an lg g3 i don't see myself downgrading from a 5.5 to a 5.3" screen, lower battery, scaled down UI and especially no "app drawer". So for the first-time i will try a Samsung ( s7 edge). Samsung has gone for no compromise. Non removable battery is not a draw back to me. Well lg i have been a loyal customer but the g5 doesn't cut it.
Why the battery is so low while adding 2k display? Will it be good? Everything else is good but battery backup is the downside for LG.
I was going for this phone because of removable battery. But the fingertprint sensor is on the back, so if a mess comes I can't unlock it without picking it up, same applies to in car, I put the phone on stand so to unclock it I have to pick it up.
And ofcourse while cycling I place the phone on handle bar stand, really stupid if I had to pull the phone out even for calling through headphones .
Of course only option is to disable the lock every time. Which is not good.
I always feel lg has very good product but its like they intentionally left out a major factor to make sure thier set don't sell.
Remember they launched a phone against Note series without a stylus lol I mean how stupid can you be ???
