had an G5 for a month, then it stopped sending and receiving emails, had to do a factory reset and lost all my info. Finally got the thing working again after brutally trying to get past their google sign in page. Not two weeks later, I can't send emails again and as well incoming text messages do not show up. I have had to get my BB hooked back up because my G5 is now nailed to a piece of 2x4 with roofing nails and has been run over with my pick up. I have an LG refrigerator and plan on throwing that out as well. I hate this phone!!

My g5 has not boot loop after a software update. It works great. If you are complaining about battery life,the simple solution is to buy a spare battery. I have 3 spare batteries.

G5 is a good phone. Never had any issues like those Shamesung phones.

You are funny.However Why are you so angry if someone got the Lg g5 for almost half the price of S7 edge or Lg v20?Thats a good thing for a buyer .Right? Btw recently the lg g5 prices has been increased by a big margin in the country i live. So bottom line still remains that s7 and s7 edge is crippled for me as they dont support Slimport HDMI tv out nor do they have IR blaster or removable battery.Plus my Lg g5 takes drops without having me worry about the glassback...Cameras on Lg g5 is also much better on Lg g5 than the s7 and s7 edge.Along with the cutting edge sd820 and aderno 530 gpu Lg g5 also has lazer autofocus plus a unique wide angle camera very usefull for landscape videos and photos.and the best part is that the wide angle camera work along with the 16mp camera while shooting videos without having to stop the recording.Lack of slimport tv out,Ir blaster and non removable battery makes the s7 and s7 edge a 2years old junk for me (clears throat)

AnonD-100398, 18 Dec 2016For Me lg g5 has already broken the glory of s7 edge as samsung decided to no longer offer IR ... morethat is why a lot of people tend to look LG as a cheap manufacturer because only months after they release their flagship phone and you try to sell it, its price will tend to look like a 2 year tech because it will be sold at half of its retail price. (clears throat)

I don't know why people seem so against this phone I have been using it a month now and it's truly a excellent smartphone and it's miles ahead of my htc 10 also and it's such a shame people don't consider it and go to the likes of Samsung.
I know someone who owns a S7 Edge and they think it's far better than my G5 and they slag it off but I settle the conversation by saying can you remove your battery after a year when it's losing efficiency,well I can,end of story.
