Why don't you check your settings, or better still, consult your network provider. Mine has never frozen a second!! I am a heavy user, always on internet, gulping 8GB a month!

I play for maybe an ho... moreHello everyone I purchased this phone from sprint last month I chose it over the note 7 I'm starting to regret it it always freezes up on me while on the internet or listening to music to where I have to power it off and back on I do this at least 2 twice a day so annoying especially when I'm rushing to do something on my phone sometimes it take like 30 seconds before it connects the call is it something I may have on on my phone or do u think its the service and not the phone?

It has the fm radio i want, but the IPS screen won't be as good as Amoled for VR.

AnonD-367171, 21 Feb 2016looks really ugly ... :(Only biggest disappointment in LG G5 are not powerful batteries and design. But I don't care about ugliness, for me most important good specifications - removable batteries and its quick charging, radio, good camera quality with who I can made good photos, very quick internet browsing.
So, this phone excellent and on my shopping list. LG G5 even better than Samsung Galaxy S7.

Bad experince with G2 swichedover to G5 - phone claims scratchproof glass - shear nonsense. Rajalaxmi telecom Matunga - bad dealer and not care for customers. Eaphone which was found defective in new box of G5 - still not replaced thought phone is still within warranty period. Phone was purchaes july 2016 from Matunga

Wish LG G5 equipped with higher battery c... morewhat good about the g5 is you can get the charging cradle and extra battery so it gives you 2 times 2800 mah baterry and you dont have to ever charge your phone you just charge the cradle and swap baterries. feels good to play more!!!!!
