I have a G8000 right new and I find the phone is not to good but this is my opinion .

I have some problems with my Lg G 8000. It dosen't work anymore. I can't turn it on. The guys from the repaishops told me that the phone needs to be rebooted an reprogammed with his original software. Where can I find this software?
