If you have already rooted the phone, try delete the /etc/hosts file, it will fix the problem.

Hi,can anyone tell me that what the actual problem is with my Lg G Flex because its Google play is not working.whenever i click on it a tiny light appear and go back but google play doesnt appear..its T mobile version and kitkat 4.4.2..plz guide me about it...thnaks

I got lg g flex L23 model from USA. It seems to be Japan version and still have jelly bean 4.2.2. Is there any way I can upgrade it to KitKat without damaging the phone?
