Dave, 03 Dec 2015It would be useful to know if the D838 model is capable of using 800MHz LTE. According to LG... moreHi, unorftunately LG G Pro 2 doesn't use 800 Mhz LTE. This frequency is called B20. I did 5457#*838# and I found only bands: 1; 5; 3; 7; 17; no Band20. My next phone will be capable of using 800Mhz for sure, becuse in Hungary 800Mhz is realy preferred.

When i open wifi connection or mobile data, my phone is suddenly power off and sometime restart but it had about 20% to 40% battery life. And then i founded that problem root cause on LG forums. It was battery life time problem because i used more than 1 year and 3 months. So I looked for spare battery and changed it and then my phone backed to normal state. If you face like that problem in low battery or using only with charger, please change your phone battery first.

Is it normal for lg gpro2 it's yellowish tint or like hue when you turn it side by side or rotate it on its angle?It's not getting dimmer but yellowish thing bothered me much. If this isn't normal to this phone please let me know so I can return it right away. And also this d838 has warm white tone not bluish white.

previously i am not interested in lg phones, but i got lg g pro2 from my brother in law as he has purchased another phone , but really i am telling that in future i will use only lg phones only

There's a unique camera function in LG G Pro 2, that most people don't know, but it's useful and interesting. First in 'Settings -> Display -> Notification LED -> Rear LED' you have to enable "Camera face detection". Second when you start your camera and tap settings, set 'Focus' to "Face tracking". Now when you try to take a selfie with rear camera, it will focus on your face, and light up the rear LED with green light, telling you, that it has focus on you.
