Anonymous, 09 Apr 2014In usage how do you differentiate between LCD and Amoled screens?in actual usage. IPS LCDs which are the ones that LG is using will output a better or more realistic portrayal of colors of the real world while Super AMOLEDs are much vibrant or kind of a bit saturated thus making the colors look warm. for example the color green will look greener and, so if you are transferring an image from your Samsung to any device using IPS LCDs you will notice a significant color difference, as much as we would want, todays smartphones should be having a display that is capable of portraying realistic colors, that's why many people are into IPS LCD.

Everyone has their personal openion. I like AMOLED over LCD , few prefer more natural colors of LCD.
Its like comparing oranges and apples.
Anonymous, 09 Apr 2014One reason I am not even considering Samsung because of AMOLED, not everyone likes AMOLED.I much bothered amoled display, only 5-6 minutes looking at AMOLED display feel nauseous and dizzy, I'm not the only one, there are many such cases, much more for me to read LCD display

Paragb, 04 Apr 2014Waiting for this beast to launch in india..You are a Samsung fan I know so be careful how you wait for LG phones cos you won't see all those useless gimmicks that Samsung spams their phones with. Then you'll come back here and complain and whine. Better wait for Note 4. This one doesn't have s-pen and amoled screen.
Paragb, 04 Apr 2014Waiting for this beast to launch in india..At an affordable price, cause Note 3 is already selling at 43k, and is better than this beast in almost all the aspects except the asthetics.
i liked this ph and wanna move away from Samsung now, but their super Amloed is not letting me go. Hope LG launches it soon in india at a competitive price. i need a a device with 5.7 or 5.9 inch screen. Tried gionee E7 but thats 5.5inch felt a bit small as i have already used Note2
