I m from india... My device d838 lg gpro2 is still on android 4.4.2.... And when ever i check for upgrade it says latest version os.. How can it be?? Still no update in india???

Help pls!!!!
My lg d 838 with lollipop is having a problem in mobile internet connection. While a selected my preferred connection mode to gsm only then I receive 2g data in proper manner but while I select to wcdma or auto (wcdma/gsm) then my set showing 3g icon but doent receive data. Pls help me with any clue......

I also have faced such problem. I tried many things even flashing but the change of battery got me out of my problem. So pls
