Yeah, fm radio and ois camera make it better than Note3...The powerful speaker should be nice too, i have to try it.
But no stylus...and LG is very bad at updating their phone...I am pretty sure LG will want top bucks for it, so it is hard to choose.

On the whole this looks very good indeed. However it has no stylus or s-pen features, so it needs to be cheaper than the Note 3 to stand a chance against it.
On a different perspective and until I experieneced it, I didn't realise how much difference it makes. Namely the USB 3 connector. The charging goes down from over 5 hours to about 2 and for me that is a god send. Obviously you also need a USB 3 charger and cable.

The strong point of LG right now, is their design language. This looks so cool, but it lacks some cool stuff which the Samsung Note 3 has.
