The phone itself is quite excellent even if you get only KitKat 4.4 or Lollipop 5.0 and not Marshmellow. Superb hardware specs, superb user interface, superb speed and everything. Big issue is sometimes the stock LG 3200 mah battery just dies/gets damaged from repeated recharge and causes the phone to restart. It boots to the lockscreen then restarts continuously. Initially this happens when phone is not AC-powered, and it works when a charger is connected. Eventually even that stops working and the phone's battery just dies. The fix is to get a new one. I was able to get a replacement for Rs.1000 (US $14). The unfortunate thing is the battery is considered an "accessory" by LG so warranty is only 6 months on it. Even if my LG G Pro 2 was under the 1 year warranty, the battery warranty was over as it was past 6 months so LG made me pay for the battery.

Hi, To all the guys out there, I did manage to update D838 to lollipop from xda. It's an official update released in europe. The phone has been working great. Skin and interface is much improved and also no hit in performance. Improved the life of the phone by at least one more year.

Convert your f350 L/K/S into international version D838. Android Lollipop 5.0.1. is better. Your system will be much better and will have great improvements. No korean apps and no sms limits.

my lg g pro 2 can't connect to sim card, no signal, wifi down, bluetooth also down. but can open any apps.. any idea how to repair this problem

As promised here's the update.
I received my new OEM battery and IT WORKS like a charm!
As a reminder, let me describe the initial problem: phone started randomly restarting a month ago. It became worse over the 2 following weeks until the point where I couldn't use the phone away from a plug (portable charger isn't stable enough). I noticed the phone restarted particularly while trying to use high resources usage apps.
So just change the battery!

My LG Pro 2 F350L was the best smartphone or phablet i've ever used. All my expectations in a smartphone meets in this device. I've never had any laggy experience in this phone. The battery with 3200mah last 2-3days for normal use since i upgrade it to Lollipop 5.0.1. Data connection LTE was very fast. Wifi connects fast and easily. Camera is superb with its OIS technology. 5.9" LCD for movies and browsing. 3gb RAM and 32gb ROM for my apps and games. What can i ask more?! Its all in here.

For me, my LG Pro 2 is the best smartphone or phablet. Since i bought it, i never experience any problem to it. With its hardware,5.9" LCD, 3gb RAM and 32gb ROM, i haven't any laggy experience or issue with my phone. Since its already Android Lollipop 5.0.1 my battery last for 2-3days for normal use. When it comes to connection, its data is very fast, LTE connection. Even its wifi connects very fast. Im impressed with this phone. All my expectations in a smartphone is here.
