i have a lg gs290 mobile but if i download any mp4 video it's showing not supported. Can u pls advise why "not supported" is reflecting. Also advice me the nice useful softwares for lg gs290

The phone is gud 4 below-average user.bt the screen is poor and type slow.the camera is bad and u cant zoom.
