mp4 videos are not supported very well..

i am unable to play any videos at all on this phone... it says format nt supported and the format was mp4 320x240...

Had this phone for about 3 and a half months-
-Very slow internet
-Turns itself off on random occasions
-Crashes occasionaly
-Crashes, and you have to take the battery out and
restart the phone
-Phone signal is very poor
-Phone signal can be poor when holding it certain ways
-Integrated facebook is poor (I've resorted to using the Facebook URL)
-Music and files don't show up occasionaly (you have to restart the phone, or take the microSD card out and re-insert it
-Can only hold around 105 inbox messages, when it's capable of holding much more
-Around 5 weeks ago I noticed that my games and applications do not work anymore (I have spent around £50 on applications and games), I have also tried to reinstall some of them paying the full price I payed for them with no luck
-Touch screen buttons are very very poor (especially with the Facebook app
-I have taken this phone to my local phone shop to see if it was just my handset, and I was told they had received alot of complaints about the model.
Overall I'd give the phone 2/10, the only decent things i can say about the phone is that it has a nice design, I'd say it was easy to use, but the touch screen makes scrolling and tapping a nightmare.
Really not worth a quarter of the £60 I payed for it.
It's really really not worth buying!
