hai i am using this model last 7 months. this is not a phone bcoz when i get phone that time start problems. mainly battery is not stand more than one day. and also not supporting some java yet games also not downloadble. youtube also not working in this set........ plz people any onces have a idea to get this mobile plz stop it....... don't take.

I am using this phone this is very good fone. And it hhas good picture quality for 2mp but you videos cannot run it sound is. Very loud

gotaaa say am usung dis fone or couple of months........... i dont face much problems ......
only disadvantage is it doesnot play on you tube...
it is the best camera for 2mp...........
battery backup is not soo bad ...........

It does not have Accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate as stated.... in other terms the phone is quite good and stylish...

It has been 3 months now I have bought it, and my touc... moreThe same thing happened to me, they told me that because the phone was in my pocket it was squeezing the phone most of the times, it caused the screen to shift.Now I can only receive calls.

It does not handle any battery at all.
It has been 3 months now I have bought it, and my touch screen does not work. Only the physical buttons are working, so can only accept/reject calls - this cannot be called a mobile phone...
I would not recommend this to any of you.

Lg GS290 is realy a great phone....it have a great camera..and its sound quality is best...

To change BT device name goto bluetooth->options->settings->my device mame. now u can edit your device name. now my doubt, is my phone(Lg cookie fresh gs290) have sensor? pls replay if u know.

AnonD-1669, 21 Feb 2011hey i just bought this phone its really nice phone but whenever i start the browser it says 'c... moreyou will have to order the browser settings from your customer care of your SIM card. then it will start as per your requirement. Beleive it . I am also using the same model.
