It's a good phone, i bought a secondhand but i don't have any problem, good quality, durable, it fell many times but still it's ok.

HELPYou need to go to the home screen, click the centre button (the silver one at the bottom) and then a box should come up. Click the arrow in the top right-hand corner of the box, and a list of active applications pops up. You can then select each and close them off as you need to.
A lot of things like half-written messages can be hidden in the background, mine does it all the time!
