LG Touch UI Rumors

LG are preparing new members for the Cookie and Viewty families of full-touch devices. The LG GS290 Cookie Fresh and the LG GT400 Viewty that were spotted at the CeBIT 2010 will be mid-range featurephones with 3" touchscreens.

The LG GS290 Cookie Fresh aims lower than the newly announced Cookie Plus, coming with no 3G support. The Cookie Fresh is obviously targeted at teenagers and features a 3 inch display of WQVGA resolution and a 2 megapixel camera. Music lovers will also appreciate the 3.5mm standard audio jack and the FM radio functionality.

The other not yet officially announced handset caught in the wild is LG GT400 Viewty. In keeping with its family traditions, it has a 5 megapixel camera as its key feature. Unfortunately, information about the rest of the specs of the new Viewty is pretty scarce.

We are yet to receive any information about the target availability and pricing of the two handsets.

Ok well as far as I think of this phone is is pretty good. BUT it doesn't have an accelorometer. Other than that I'll stick with it. Oh and the packaging shows pink on the box when it is silver inside?
