Hello guys :)
I was trying to install opera mini 5.1 browser for d past 2 days n succeeded few hrs back :)
The steps are as below :)
1. Download the browser in d PHONE MEMORY in d APPLICATION folder ONLY. Dont save d file in d GAMES folder or u'll get internet connection error :)
2. Now install d browser normallly; n u r done :)

1) Decent camera in day time
2) 2 days battery backup
3) Browsing is good with Bolt browser
4) Call recoring facility
Only nagative point is display is not good for viewing photos & videos

I purchase the handset gx-300 of lg from ferozepur Jain Watch Company, Ferozepur Cantt, Shop No 5, bazaar No. 4 on 14-09-2010. This handset don't fulfill our demand. The Problem of the handset is under:
1. It does not show the Balance after the completion of Call.
2. But the sim slot change then some time show the call and message balance.
3. It does not show proper Content display i.e. when i press j it first show the Last alphabet of our content like g.K. JE
arter notice this problem we go to the shopkeeper first the asked our Incharge service man gone for training and it will come back on 29-09-2010 and then the asked that sorry it still not come yet. i say please change the set but they asked we are helpless. He says when service center gives DO then i change your handset. Kindly help what Should i do.

Nothing seems to work.May be there is a problem with the phone. I think I should send it to service centre. what say?

Suppose you are sitting with someone you don't like but you don't have excuse to leave. The fake call can help you.Activate it.set the time when u want to receive the call. It will appear with the name entered by you. So, there will be a ring but actually no one will be calling you. Just attend the call and say "bye-2". Isn't that great? this feature protects you from people who "bore" you.

You may face problem loading operamini/other browsers for fast browsing. You can open some sites with default browser but not all.That's one problem I have been struggling with.
Music/camera quality is o.k.
Yes, it supports Hindi.
No audio jack.

Hundreds of message tones (longer duration)are available in the market. Load few message tones. These will be stored in "my sound" folder. Select from here. Here is the procedure:
settings->profiles>normal->options->edit->sim1->message tone
click "change"
my sounds->
select from here.
gud luck!
Still the same. After I change the message tone still it only lasts 2-3 secs but the good thing is it can be configured to alert every 1 min if not attended.

just bought my LG GX300 4 days ago. camera pictures not so good. message tone only lasts 2-3secs. one of the thing that disaapoints me the most. unlike Nokia message tome could play the whole mp3. is there any way to make my message tone play longer when I receive a message? Sony Ericson is much better. mesage tome could last for up to 15-20 secs.

been observing the phone,
in general good slim looking however poor quality pictures better if there's for 3G as well,sms poor old type version. but in the purpose for dual sim perfect.
nice to hear a reply re on phone locking tnx.
