Dear sir / Madam
After reading the features of LG GX500 i would like this dual Sim mobile very much but can any user of this moble told me regarding the performance of this mobile so that i can buy this mobile witout any hesitation.

I just bought the phone 3 weeks ago.
I 'm quite disappointed with this phone.
Dual sim is OK, working good but:
_phone needs to be re-start at least each 48 hours or it will badly freeze
_mail client doesn't support microsoft exchange servers
_mail client does not support landscape (in fact landscape in only available for sms/mms)
_mail client does not support html messages, (despite LG website tells it does). In fact it reads html message in plain text format, and you can open a menu, choose to open this message in an html viewer, the viewver is launched and you can see it in html. You can't answer in html format.
_Phone is terribly slow
_touch screen is not so good too
_I needed 2 days to make LG PC suite work for synchro
In a short way, do not buy this phone.

Does anyone know why LG's website doesn't have any menu or anything on its website???
Is it trying to hide something from the consumers... ;)

is this an android??? If nokia has ovi, and most of samsung phones are androids...how about lg???? Specifically this model? Thanks

i bought this mobile 3 days ago and i was happy with it but the problem was that following backup of names on phonebook the mobile became very very slow >>>i dont know why??
how can i update the software online????

Sekhar, 31 Mar 2011Guys can someone tell me if calls can be made from either sims whenever i want without having ... moreSektar, yes you can call from either of the sims without restarting the phone. Go to 'dialing' jot down the number and select either sim1 or sim2 to call that number. You can also change the default sim to use. Go to 'Dual SIM Settings' and pick 'Sim switching' at which point you either pick 'Auto' or 'Manual' switching. Enjoy

Guys can someone tell me if calls can be made from either sims whenever i want without having to restart the phone to change "Default Sim" or watevr in this phone...Coz i have one dual sim from samsung which has a default sim changer button at the side which i have to use to switch between sims to call which requires a compelete restart of the phone(which ofcrs is really irritating)...

The phone is really good.I surf the net regularly with it without problems.Its document reading capability isn't impressive though.I also recomment a small stylus for its succeeding edition.
