Bought this phone mid march 2018 and it was ok for the first month or so then the battery suddenly started draining at an incredible rate. Phone switches itself off & on randomly, apps open up without any input from me, very slow and call quality is the worst I've ever experienced. If your thinking of buying this phone......DONT.

Its a good phone, BUT I encountered many issues (still counting)
1. Overheat - it heats so bad that the touch panel started to peel off from the display
2. touchscreen issues - ghost touch, unresponsive to touch input and imprecise (I can only use 1/4 of the screen right now)
3. doesn't have big.LITTLE processing architecture (battery gets used up even on non-demanding tasks)
4. No otg support, which is really disappointing
5. No gyroscope
6. average perfromance
Battery is extremly dull.full charge hone me time lagta hay 7/8 ghante. per wohi charge khatam honeme 1 ghanta lagta hay. Worst phone ever. I'm so repentant to buy this hand set.
Battery charging was soooo poor. Discharging in below 5 hours. Very very slow charging.
LG K10 ...heatsup in very quick second.....how I can comes out of this problem.....heat up when using data ....not able to hold in naked hands

my LG K10 just cracked the screen and it was in my pocket, I decided to go back to my old phone and opened the back to take out the SIM card and now I see that the battery has blown and that is what cracked the screen. This is a new phone for me, I just bought it new 1 month ago.
My next step is to contact LG and see what they are going to do about this problem.
everthing is good, except making and receiving calls, the sound crackles and i can barely hear the other person, and they can barely hear me. it happens with every phone call. very frustrating. I'm taking the back to the shop, they will have to replace it.

Terrible, Terrible, terrible!!!!!!! this phone the LG K10 is awful don't get it sooo many bugs they don't even bother to work out the weapon of choice they used on myself was the screen overlay detection. Every time I attempt to call an uber I have to manually out in my address because the screen overlay says my phone wont allow it.

When i insert sim, mobile goes on continous vibrations and auto operations, like opening n closing of apps automatically. when i remove sim, then its fine.
Pure garbage. all sorts of problems. Sound disappears. Crackling in the line when I call. Apps activate wh=without any help fro me.. Phone sometimes reverses into negative mode on its own. ATT has replaced it three times and about to do another replacement. They refuse to replace it with anything else. They finally referred me to LG, which, surprise, surprise, referred me back to ATT. LG did tell me that the last phone I received was repaired on February 8. I received this phone feb. 28. coincidence? ATT still wants to send me another of the same phone, Verizon and any other manufacturer, here I come.
