I believe if websites would add the word "Hardware" to review it would go a long way, given, of course, that the reviewers aren't completely illiterate. I'm sure there will still be these same review issued but I think you would see a decline in such comments. Maybe after a while it will catch on and decline even further. Just thought I'd add that.
The LG K7 is a fair phone. It does have many glitches though. I did root my LG K7 so that may also be the problem.
I like the phone a lot, but it won't recognize the sd card I bought (and this is the second card).

Burritoe, 21 Jul 2016I ended up disabling Google search because it kept popping up constantly.exactly. We mustn't conflate software issues with phone issues. Most complaints I've read so far are not phone issues. LG doesn't control Google. And your keyboard and voice recognition software are changeable and adjustable. It's sad to see review averages to down due to end users owning a device that's essentially over their heads.

Also comma when things tend to just "pop up", it's usually the end user. This is why cell manufacturers don't allow purchasers to be administrative users the way that computer manufacturers do. These devices are well beyond the comprehension of the average flip phone or iPhone user. an Android is a device whose "parents" don't protect their purchasers from their own technology the way that Apple does.
