Their own website, which I read to confirm the fact that LG is no longer making cellphones. The page that stated this on their website has been taken down and now lists their discontinued phones.

This thing is garbage. I ordered one of Amazon and LG is telling that they can't find the IMEI number. In other words, the IMEI number associated with the phone is not correct. I don't know where this thing came from and who has tampered with it. It was sold to me as "NEW" and having major issue with it. I can't key in the APN settings, that screen is not there. Maybe I was just taken and the other LG K92 5G are much better than this one. I definitely got a lemon.

When I receive a message and it has a download with it, I am not able to open the download. I download it but it is not in the file. Not sure where it is. Then I am not able to send pictures with my text messages. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well I personally love LG phones and this phone was great I have had no problems the only problem or concern I had is the constant switching between 5G and the 4G network

Hey I think this is a good phone if your stagnant, it bounces between 4g and 5g and messes up my VPN and then i have no signal... Tried with the VPN off, same results.. I am dissapointed that Cricket hasn't fixed it yet? or LG should be involved?? I also bought an LG sound bar together with my phone expecting something else, Like the connectivity to be seemless... No wonder LG isn't making phones anymore. TOO BAD.. NO support for us...Back to the samsungs I guess.. Reluctantly yours. Krime

This is the second LGK92 5G I've had within 2 months. First one I had replaced because of terrible Bluetooth performance, including random disconnection on calls and terrible sound settings. Returned it though Warranty Claim with vendor and was provided another phone that now it doesn't even allow me to use chat features on google messages (I've tried everything even troubleshooting with both Cell provider and Google and nothing, it's just stuck! Also, Android Auto keeps popping up even when its DISABLED from the phone and turned off in the car (such an annoying app). To top it off, Bluetooth issues are EVEN WORST! I can't have a conversation without it disconnecting and reconnecting every few seconds! It's the worst phone I've ever purchased. I am sending it to LG now to see if I have better luck...

I should have got the Samsung Galaxy a51 I guarantee it would be working better than this piece of crap. I mean within the first few months things stopped working. It's a very laggy and buggy phone. Something must be wrong with my mic as well have never had so many problems using it a to text app until I got this. Very very disappointed in this phone.
