This phone is great, I only found one problem, the camera only like natural light, in natural light the camera gives a professional finish, in in-door, lamps etc, makes the camera "blotchy"

Nigh... moreWith reference to a the case. Don't buy a case, as I did, with a magnetic fastener as the magnet switches the reed switch fitted to the camera slide so the phone (camera)keeps switching on and off standby in your pocket.
If it's only the screen you want to protect there are some good heavy duty stick over screen protectors available on eBay.

Quick update that i can give you on how well the camera works from my recent holiday....
Nightshots:the camera cant really handle shots in the dark with a bright light in(say taking a picture a town at night). the light is too bright (sorry cant explain better, cant think of a technical term. i'll put the images up so that you can see them)
Pausing while recording video: Greatly decreases the quality of the video. All pixelated etc and makes the video a pain to watch
and as mentioned by others, invest in a case. the screen can easily get scratched from being put in a pocket or a bag with other things
as always, ask if you need anything.

it prob won't work, but sometimes if you dont try and use it, and keep it in an airing cupboard for a couple of weeks, it may start working again.

i would like to buy new mobile, when I saw LG Kc550 i was interesting, but in our country all of the people's are consumptive that's way so many brand of mobile's here, please kindly informed me the comparation between this new LG and the others i.e. Nokia,samsung, etc, with the condition of specs should be more less same. thks

kc550 freak, 07 Oct 2008i bought this phone last week, but i realised that its camera produced a shade of orange in ne... moreThe camera is set to daylight by default, go in and change white balance to auto or tungsten, mine did the same now it's fine

cant you use the flash when your not on the camera like for a torch or something evrybody says the video is runnish how can ypou make it better???
