thanks for d reply.. Yup i cn c d gps option on d code u gave me but i dont knw wt to do frm dr.. Also i tried updating d firmware of my phone using lgs software updater application but it wont proceed aftr it downloads d software nd as it applies it 2 d phone aftr 4percent it wl ask 2 disconect d cable dn turnof d fne dn remov battery, aftr doing dt it wl ask u 2 reconnect d fne dn hit d retry button.. Done dt bt stl it wont proceed.. Any idea.. Heres my email ady kriskem24@yc.. Hoping 2 hir fr u agn! Pls email me rly nid ur help..

I have downloaded a messenger application 'Yamee' for chatting but it seems that doesn't work with this model. It says "Low Level Network Access", what does this means? Is'Yamee' application compatible with this phone model? Thanks.

gps is working very nice on KC910
now, we have a free gps program which is working for free on renoir. No data, no taxes, my country' map has 265 mb. Is very good and nice. Search for WeTravell, tahts the name of teh program. You can find there detailed instructions on how to install it

Ok after 8 months of using this phone (and once having to take it into 3 to get it completely reset because the firmware was terrible and it wasn't letting me do Anything), can say:
1) Call quality is good
2) Amazing camera for daytime, flash is quite weak in low light
3) Media play 5/10 - it has to "load" all your tracks each time you play it - the more songs you've got, the longer the wait whilst it loads. Dolby makes a difference to sound, but volume tops out quite low. Movie player ok but there's lip sync issues
4)Battery life pretty good
5) WiFi handy
6) Touchscreen can be a delight sometimes, and then sometimes really tempermental and refusing to acknowledge your key taps...Texting can be a bit of a nightmare if you don't focus 100% on the screen, for punctuation etc you get pop-up boxes that really require the use of the stylus to get it right first time, and when you're in a rush, or walking, or bouncing in a bus or train and trying to hit the right keys, well forget it.
7) Browser pretty irritating, download operamini as soon as you can
8) GPS quite fun and proved itself quite useful a few times
