Latest I've heard is that windows is not going to be the os, but possibly symbian or google android based. The Os will be comparative in operation to the Apple iPhone, but slighty different in application names, icons, functions, and access. Hope I've been helpful. Latest on the release date is October 12th.

i cant cope with this awesome phones. just when LG bring the secret, then KC550 and now they bring KC910. i want one of these next year on my upgrade.
well done LG. seems awesome specs for the phone.

The only main different between this model and its precessor (KU900) is 8 megapixel vs 5 megapixel, nothing much more than that. If one is not printing out the photos, KU900 is perfectly sufficient.

i bought ku990r viewty 2months be4... now dis hot stuff is launching.. why does lg do like dis... i was pretty much impressd wid the stuff i had.. now even better one is launching.... it makes me think twice... surely dis lg is makin us go crazy..
viewty itself was worlds best video phone.. wid lots of exciting features.. nopw lets c wat kc910 is all about....

hope this phone has an accellorometer... no reason it shouldnt.. especially since the samsung innov8 has it, and thats not even a touchscreen..

1. i hope it's not a smart phone (stoopid phone?)
2. no Symbian OS and WinMo - slow down everything
3. hope it has good battery life - at least talktime 6 hrs :-!!!!!
4. my next phone. hope the price is below USD 600 or RM2000 (RM1999 :-)
5. I was thinking of Omnia, but it lag a lot esp over the auto rotate. I have tried it for 10 mins.

hmmm, although everyone is saying there are multiple 8MP camera phones out there, i have to say that thid LG phone pretty much, umm, beats the rest to my opinion.. call me stupid or something, but its just me to perfer touchscreen over everything else... but yea, anyways, i have an LG VU and its ok, but seeing as though this phone packs a lot more features (why do you do this LG) i guess this will be my next phone... after knowing how long the battery like is... haha =D

JM_SA, 25 Aug 2008must say, there is nothing special about this phone, compared to other smartphones.FYI, it's not a smart phone. It's just a normal phone but with superb functions.. considering LG pushing their limits, going further to compete with the other brands like SE and SS. In terms of Design and Function, i8510 and KC910 are highly on par while SE lose out a little in terms of design.
*Smart Phones are usually running on Symbian OS.

And Again Samsung is the first with a 8 megapixel they also have one.
And i dont really like LG Also this one looks a little like the samsung F700 and also the new samsung ominia or something..
