well what a mess I have had 3 of these and all same problems light burns out. screen dies out . 90% of the time I have no signal and it scratches more easily than my u600. . style that DoES NOT last. I would strongly advise you to stay well away . wait for the kc910 in October !

Mine was a RAZR2 V8 as well - the key pad started to die (switching input modes ra... morecannot return to mainmenu after sliding down.
it is a feature no choice.
have to press endcall button to return.
sm may find it troublesome. but nothing in the world is perfect and suit all needs. fair to say this right?

I dont like this phone, it looks nice but software is typical lg crap and its annoying, camera isnt THAT good. Waste of money I think, only good thing about it is looks...

But I’ve dropped my Secret many times and there’s not even a scratch. hi!...i have recently bought this phone but i have a problem..and if you re nice you can help me.can you tell me plz how you can put music from your pc in your phone?..cuz i have installed the drivers..and when i try to transfer music...it say to me that my card is full but itis impossible cuz the phone is new and i have nothing in him.plz help

I like this phone but im getting so annoyed that i cant put music on it as the driver software disc that came with it doesnt work and the LG website doesnt have it on either!!
any ideas?

Gave the phone back, didn't want to try a third handset. Other than that i thought the phone was pretty good, major fingerprint magnet though.

First ill say its an awesome phone, sexy sleek and well balanced all out. The touch media is a little gimmicky but thats whats hot right now. The camera although 5mp is not as good as i thought it would be and the OS is very LG, same/same to every other LG out there, but nice none the less.
And then i dropped it. From about 2 feet while getting out of the car. The screen simply shattered (spidered). I have to say im pretty annoyed. Before you all say well dont drop your phone, my argument is that dropping my phone is irrelevant. Why? Because everybody has/will drop their phone one day and they should be designed to withstand it. But this one is not. So look/style/quality(except for glass screen) 10/10. durability 0/10 ive thrown phones across a room and not seen damage like thiis.

zeljana, 25 Aug 2008can anyone please tell me how do i get pictures on my phone i dont know what to connect it to:... moreIf you have a memory card in there and have set it to save ur pictures to that, go to menu>connectivity>usb connection mode and select mass storage. Before any of this will work you have to install all your drivers which are on that little disc the phone came with. Best of luck!

Today is a good day. Aside from being stuck with this POS Secret with its horrible camera/video performance in low light conditions and its embarrassing problem of a $400 phone with a slide that scratches the keys. The New LG KC910 has been released! Come October I can smash my crappy Secret!! :-D

anyone know where the text animations are. I can recieve them from other phones and they show up but cant find them in the phone itself to send back???

Ive had 3 of these phones. the blue touch screen lights keep burning out after a few weeks. joke. The slide has not been scratching the keys like other people have said. its just an ok phone i think.
