Linda, 01 Oct 2008My parents have bought a KP100 today and cant work out how to unlock the keypad. Im too far a... moreto unlock phone press left side soft key once(the key like a horizontal straight line above the send key),screen should light up and say "unlock"in bottom left corner.Press the same key again and "yes"will appear on the right bottom corner of screen, now press right side soft key once and keypad is unlocked.Hope this helps/makes sense.

The previous poster is right: this phone has NO mp3 player. Otherwise a nice little phone.

jonathan, 13 Aug 2008the specs are grong, because this handset have micro SD slot for up 4GB, check it in the lg siteIt says it has 4 gb in the specifications...next to the memory bit.

cause went on argos the website and checked it out but doesn't nothing about mp3 player but when i checked here it says it has an mp3 player. i even checked it on the website.

Older people respond better to clamshell phones, which don't confuse them with key locks-unlocks, screensavers and all that stuff. So I'm not sure who this handset intended for...
