I bought it 10 days back for INR2500 in Big Bazaar, added 4 GB to it for INR500. There are a few minor problems with this phone: (1) The alarm does not play the tune I selected for it. (2) After the phone goes into screen-saver mode, when I press a key, display comes on, but keyboard backlight does not come on. The keyboard backlight comes on only after we press the correct key combination for key-board unlock.

i used lg kp199 about 1 year.i connect nokia bh104 bluetooth headset than profile supported but mp3 bluetooth not supported.plz reply me whats problem in it phone & bt headset.

Actually this seems to be like a device made or developed fo... morei played many java games with this. if you search for a java game be sure that the screen resolution of that game you download is 128x160. though applications and games seems to work slow. the useful thing for me about this is i always use opera mini 4.2 and boltbrowser w/c i can do free. (i'm using this phone now in making this comment. hehe) and good thing that it has good battery performance, its one thing that makes it exeptional. im not saying you buy or you dont buy. it is upon the user how to appreciate and maximize its use. true keypad is not so good. internet browsing speed not very fast. maybe if released in 2002 or 2003 with its features, it beats them all. :-) hehe im humprey

Truly saying this product sucks.
Actually this seems to be like a device made or developed forcefully,or in some kind of mercy need.
Out of 1000 games this device runs only 1 game properly,no other specification is available even on the official site.
There was no need of such a phone in the market but i don't know what lg thought,
A very low quality keypad which is just a plastic coated paint and not a natural,after a few months use the paint starts getting off and the phone looks like that we have stolen it from somewhere either from a beggar or so.
On an average i would say never buy this product.

i hav lg kp199.It was swiched off automaticaly.now it is not restarting.i checked its battery,it is working.
