Its a Ok-ish phone..I have owned it for some months now.I havent faced any major problems except that my speaker isnt working so cant listen to any songs or music..but it works if you plug the handsfree..im gonna get it repaired soon.Overall,it has a below average camera..voice quality is quite good..touch sensitivity is uh kinda bad!In built memory storage sucks..i should have been atleast 90Mb!Samsung star or Nokia 5800 can be a better option..But i wont term cookie has a BAD phone..look wise its cool!If only it has better touch sensitivity,3G and wi-fi..it would have rocked!

Samsung STAR is much better than this one....sorry,but i m very disappointed with cookie,battery life is very poor tel just turn off, and that makes me crazy !!!

lol, 10 Oct 2009i have this phone and it is wonderful it is the best phone i have had and i've had 20. I think... moresir please grow up a bit dont just prise bcoz u own this model....just see all the - points b4 u buy this KP500 cookie...i can give 2 out of 10 bcoz i bght this recently ...ur 5 out of 5 makes me to laugh like anything...
guys this is the worst i had ever used. i used nokia3310 and SEK550i b4....now bght KP500...the next day after i started using itself i felt like i lost somewhr....its a highly pathetic phone...1. battery capacity is low 2. touch sense is very low and hard by hand 3. music player doesnt have equalizer mode 4.no way to stop the sound whilea sms somes 5. headphones are big enough that it wont enters most of our ears 6. headpin doesnt hav option of changing to any other std head phones as in all other phones 7.adding songs to ur playlist is very very difficult 8.u cant stop the music by buttons at the side which is not thr 9.while ringing u need to press hard at the side to make it mute 10. if you are in driving then its much difficult to accesses this phone without taking it in hand 11.i am not sure abt samsung star 12.camera quality is not great as my 2mpx SE-k500i 13.no option to mute the camers click sound 14.good thing is touchscreen,less weight, bigscreen 15. the number one phethetic phone and please dont go for it if your using SE or Nokia 16. sound out put design is worst- the speaker is inside the case at bottom and there is no holes to allow the sound to come outside 17. if u keep ur mouth little bit away while u speak the nothing can be heared clearly....i wasted my amount and others plz take care and done giv bad comments 18. buy a good mobile n give good comments 19. i just got attracted by style but u plz don do it ...cheers

khakd, 09 Oct 2009don't get deceive by the looks of this phone.. this is really bad.. the user interface of this... morehey man i really agree with you....i wonder how this worst model gets more rating %^%^%*%$.... :) i think many new users and school students buying this phone without knowing the other models features and saying this model is good... :)...my personal advise is not to go for this... then its upto the buyers

hi this is gr8 mobiel if u want to buy u may buy at your own risk....i am dam sure it will work porperly but i am confused about that ..if your father has got extra money u can purchase it otherwise spend the money in your parties.....as u wish afterall its ur money its ur choice...so if u want to buy u r welcome and if no than most welcome..otherwise u may go to hel......after reading this opinion `of mine ur mind will get mad..its my curse ha ha ha i am "saku" the mind ability destroyer........ha ha ha /.....goodday ghava nice living in mental hospital..........jay bhootay namah............u will remember u will ngety mad now after reading this opinion

yah,i agree.. it's not a great phone.. the camera sucks, sometimes its black and white, sometimes other color..pathetic!
PluS! the battery really sucks.. AND the touch sensitivity is not that good.. My girlfriend has this cookie, and i personally hate it.. She love it, i don't know why? maybe because she already bought it, no choice for her but to stick with this crap cookie..
I'm using samsung star, it is much better than this crap.. I'm telling you.. plus there is now the version of the star with wifi.. Its really a good phone..

I bought the lg kp500 and its such a lovely phone, but i have a problem with the picture quality. To me its very poor for 3.0 megapixel. Maybe i don't know how to set it, so i need some advise. Sometime its black & White and a next time its like orange.
